RENTALS

Liability Waiver must be signed when checking in.
One full tank of gas in provided with rental and after that you must purchase it.
Damage and Misuse: Any damage to the pontoon equipment due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling by the renter will result in immediate termination of this agreement. The renter will forfeit all rental fees paid, and no refunds will be issued.

Please also be aware that any misuse or damage caused to the pontoon boat during your rental period will result in repair costs being charged to your account. We kindly ask all customers to handle the equipment with care and follow the guidelines provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
